はじめまして、ケンと申します。日本で12年以上、英会話スクール、学生の会社、マンツーマンの個人レッスンなどで英語を教えてきました。また、過去7年間はアメリカのビジネス界で仕事をしてきました。コミュニケーション能力の向上と活用に重点を置いたレッスンを心がけています。他の言語で人と話すことができるのは、貴重なスキルです。自分の世界をより深く豊かに広げ、忘れられない経験をする機会をたくさん与えてくれます。 TOEICテスト対策を教えた経験もあり、デジタル化したテキストもいくつか持っていますが、ビデオクリップやニュース記事など、あなたの好きな教材を使ってカスタマイズしたレッスンをすることも可能です。自由時間には、日本各地、特に住んでいる関東地方を旅行するのが好きです。好きな場所は、埼玉の秩父、東京の浅草、神奈川の箱根、静岡の伊豆などです。お寺や神社を訪れるのがとても楽しいです。日本の文化に魅了されています。 カフェなど公共の場で教えることもできますが、最近はZoomを使ったオンラインレッスンが中心です。生徒さんにとっては、自宅にいながら勉強できるので、わざわざレッスンのために移動したり、飲み物を買ったりする必要がなく、とても便利だと感じています。また、レッスン中に多くの情報源から瞬時に調べて共有できるので、情報共有がとてもしやすくなりました。 あなたの言語アドベンチャーのお手伝いができることを楽しみにしています。 Nice to meet you my name is Ken! I have taught English in Japan for over 12 years in English conversation schools, student's companies, and one on one private lessons. I also have spent the last 7 years working in the business world in the US. I like to focus my lessons on using and improving communication skills. Being able to talk to people in another language is a precious skill. It opens up your world in a much deeper and richer way and provides many opportunities to have unforgettable experiences. I am also experienced teaching TOEIC test preparation and I have some digitized textbooks available for use, but I can also design a customized lesson using video clips, news articles, or other materials of your choice. In my free time I like to travel around Japan, especially around the Kanto area where I live. Some of my favorite places are Chichibu in Saitama, Asakusa in Tokyo, Hakone in Kanagawa, and Izu in Shizuoka. I really enjoy visiting temples and shrines. I'm fascinated by Japanese culture. I am able to teach in cafes and other public places, but most recently I have been mainly teaching online lessons via Zoom. I find this to be very convenient for my students, since they can study in the comfort of their own home and don't need to travel to the lesson or buy drinks. It also makes information sharing very easy, since I can instantly look up and share from many sources during the lesson. I look forward to helping you in your language adventure!
