Hello everyone! My lessons provide the perfect opportunity to speak English with a native English speaker. I want to improve your confidence speaking in English by working on pronunciation, grammar and vocabulary. We can talk freely about any topic you like, or I can provide more structured lessons to suit your needs. I don't speak Japanese yet, so my classes are given completely in English. Don't worry though - we will move at the speed and the level that is right for you! It is the best way to improve your language skills. I love to see my students' confidence and ability communicating in English improve with each lesson, so my lessons are given completely in English. I want my students to talk as much as possible during each lesson! I always use the first class, which is free, to get to know my students. I use this lesson to find out a student's English level, their preferred teaching style and their objectives for learning English. I am happy to carry out open conversation lessons to talk about any subject, or I can provide more structured lessons using worksheets to lead conversation, practise pronunciation and introduce new grammar and vocabulary . I am also happy to work from a textbook, if a student has purchased their own textbook. I find that it is best to set reading and writing tasks to be done at home in between lessons, so that each student can enjoy their time speaking English during the lesson!
