Hello there! My name is Roberto and I have been teaching English, Italian, and Spanish language for more than 5 years. I was educated in Milan and London, and I am also learning Japanese at the moment. Therefore, I know very well the struggle every student has to undergo when learning a new language, and so I am here to help! I am planning to move to Japan very soon, but for now I teach online to students in Osaka and Tokyo. I have a long experience in teaching english, and my studies at Cambridge and Oxford universities have put me in contact with new methodologies. こんにちは。私はロベルトと申します。5年以上、英語、イタリア語、スペイン語を教えています。私はミラノとロンドンで教育を受け、現在は日本語も勉強しています。そのため、新しい言語を学ぶ際に生徒がどのような苦労を強いられているのかをよく理解しています。私はもうすぐ日本に引っ越す予定ですが、今は大阪と東京の生徒さんにオンラインで教えています。私は英語を教えることに長い経験があり、ケンブリッジ大学とオックスフォード大学で学んだことで、新しい方法論に触れることができました。

First and foremost, I like to have a conversation with the student trying to understand the reasons he/she wants to study English/Italian/Spanish language. I highly value the personal goal that students may have and therefore it is from that point that I begin building up my personal plan for the students: we are not all the same, and so different students may require different approaches. I deem Grammar and Listening to be utterly important, and so my lessons will have their development at the core, but personal interests and needs will surely bring new approaches to the table. I have taught a wide range of students, with a diverse background and different goals, but they have all developed a remarkable familiarity with the essential elements of the language.
