挨拶【日本語】 26歳でゼロから日本語を学び、公務員として働けるレベルまで上達しました。新しい言語を学ぶ大変さも、その先にある喜びも、身をもって知っています。 英語はネイティブではありません。しかし、私自身が文法・発音・ニュアンスを一から学んできたからこそ、つまずきやすいポイントを理解し、的確にサポートできます。 ドイツ語（母語）・英語（C2レベル）を指導します。レッスンは全て日本語対応可能です。一緒に頑張りましょう！ ------　　　　　　　　　　 Hello!【英語】 I started learning Japanese from zero at 26 and reached a level that allowed me to work as a civil servant in Japan. I know firsthand both the challenges of learning a new language and the rewards waiting on the other side. I'm not a native English speaker - and that's an advantage. Having learned English grammar, pronunciation, and nuances from scratch myself, I understand exactly where learners struggle and how to help them through it. I teach German (native) and English (C2). All lessons can be conducted entirely in Japanese. Let's work on this together! ------　　　　　　　　　　 Hallo!【ドイツ語】 Ich bin deutscher Muttersprachler und lebe fast zehn Jahren in Japan. Japanisch habe ich erst mit 26 gelernt: Von Null bis zum Niveau, das mir ermöglichte, als Beamter zu arbeiten. Ich weiß aus eigener Erfahrung, wie herausfordernd das Erlernen einer neuen Sprache sein kann, aber auch wie bereichernd. Als jemand, der selbst Grammatik, Aussprache und Feinheiten einer Fremdsprache meistern musste, verstehe ich genau, wo Lernende Schwierigkeiten haben und wie man diese überwindet. Ich unterrichte Deutsch (Muttersprache) und Englisch (C2). Der gesamte Unterricht kann auf Japanisch stattfinden. Packen wir es gemeinsam an!

My teaching style is primarily conversation-focused. My goal is to get students speaking as quickly as possible. I do teach grammar to the extent necessary for comprehension, but the priority is always practical speaking ability, and I structure my lessons with that goal in mind. I start lessons with new students by discussing the student's goals, such as travel, study, or work, and I tailor my lessons accordingly. From day one, I emphasize correct pronunciation, since bad habits formed early are difficult to fix at a later stage in the learning process. I actively discourage relying on katakana, as it distorts German and English sounds. As a fluent Japanese speaker, I can explain sentence structure, grammar, and nuances in Japanese when needed. I have learned Japanese from zero as an adult (from the age of 26) myself, so I do understand the challenges language learners face on a personal level, which enables me to point out how to overcome them.
