I like to teach through conversation! However, I know what it is like to learn a language and settle into talking about the same comfortable topics. I like to push my students to talk about things they may not necessarily have an opportunity to talk about, in order to expand their vocabulary and fluency. I am careful to catch potential mistakes, and use a notepad to work out things that may be tricky for my student.
