My name is Mélina, and I am a 24-year-old passionate language tutor specializing in French and English. Originally from France, I have lived in Denmark for the past five years and recently moved to Tokyo. My experience in teaching both kids and adults has been incredibly rewarding and inspiring, as I have had the pleasure of helping students from diverse backgrounds achieve their language goals. In addition to French and English, I know Spanish and Danish, and I am currently learning Japanese. I understand firsthand how challenging and exciting it can be to learn a new language. This personal journey has given me a deep appreciation for the learning process and the patience required. I aim to create a comfortable learning environment where you can feel at ease making mistakes, as this is a crucial part of the learning process. I offer personalized lessons for complete beginners as well as those who already have some knowledge of the language and wish to improve their skills. Together, we will create a customized course plan that suits your individual needs. My teaching methods include: - Customized Vocabulary Sheets: Tailored to your level and interests, these will be used in role-playing scenarios to enhance your practical language skills. - Vocabulary Review: At the beginning of each lesson, we will review previously learned vocabulary to ensure retention and understanding. - Grammar Exercises: Designed to improve your language structure and accuracy. - Listening Comprehension: Activities from authentic French or English materials such as books, series, and audio clips. - Conversation Practice: To build your confidence and fluency in real-life situations.
