Hello everyone! I'm Kyle and I'm from Ontario, Canada. I've been teaching English to Japanese students for about 18 years now and have been doing professional translation for about 10 years now. I'd really like to teach phrases, pronunciation, and other English that are particularly useful for students in their own lives. I want to encourage students to be self-motivated and to come to lessons with questions and curiosity. My lessons with students like that are the most productive and enjoyable. Throughout my experience with the Japanese language itself, I've learned the mistakes that Japanese students of English typically make and so I am prepared to help correct those in a smooth and helpful way. I look forward to helping you reach your English goals! はじめまして！ カナダ出身です。 日本人の方に向けて英語を教え始めてから、もうすぐ１８年になります。 ここ１０年程は、英日翻訳の翻訳家としても活動しています。 自分自身が日本語を学ぶ中で感じてきたのですが、語学習得の近道は、趣味や自分の好きなことなど、楽しいことを通して学ぶことだと思います。 楽しみながら学べるレッスンを目指しています！ 実際に使われている、自然な英語表現をお伝えすることを重視しています。 特に、英語学習の中で日本人が間違えやすいポイントをふまえたレッスンが得意です。 熟語や俗語など、豊かな英語表現がある程度身についてくると、世界が開けてきます。 日本語を織り交ぜたレッスンをすることも可能なので、初心者の方にもご安心して受けて頂くことが出来ます。 ぜひ一緒に勉強をしましょう！
