I like to learn the students goals, and then set up a timeline with certain goals in mind. After 10 lessons, I like to do a review lesson to go over what they've learned so far. For adults I like to do a mini-quiz, and for kids I do games during the review lessons. I make sure students get as much talk time as possible during the lesson and match their level and pace.
