Your ability to communicate is an important tool in your pursuit of your goals, whether it is with your family, your co-workers or your clients and customers. This is Deon I am a former team manager from one of the contact centers in the Philippines. My experience in talking foreign client or customers for 9 years enable me to develop my communication skills. As a manager I need to help my subordinates on how to effectively communicate foreign customers that starts from small talks to actively exchanging thoughts to bridge the gap of communication using English as a second language. Such skills are considered to be an integral part of a modern day international collaboration and an important key for a global business. Let's work together!
