There are lots of different teaching styles out there but my still is blended learning. I make personal materials for my students, I tell them stories to relate to our lesson, I do question and answers so that the student can practice his/her communication skill. I give rewards most especially to kids so they will a sense of achievement. I combine online educational materials and opportunities for interaction online with traditional place-based classroom methods so that the student will have fun while learning.
