Hello there, I’m Charm. I've been in the ESL industry for almost 10 years now. I started my training with the ToastMasters Club International and ESL during college where I fell in love with English conversations and Public Speaking, that lead me to become a trainer, supervisor and quality assessor on Online ESL companies but my passion was more on interacting with students and for my students to get more quality education online I prioritize on improving my skills securing my certifications for TEFL and TESOL. Learning and development is infinite especially when catering to students with diverse cultures and nationalities including Chinese, Japanese, Koreans, Nigerians, Singaporeans, Russians and more. English is very important nowadays regardless of age as well, from young learners to adults focusing on Business English, daily conversations or even English test practices like CET, TOEFL, and IELTS. One thing that makes my classes more effective are assessments which will focus on the students needs and points of improvement. Let's prioritize that!
